03/28/2022 Went out to go to the store, 2022 Telluride,2027 miles on it, battery was dead. No voltage at all, Tried starting ,nothing. Called Kia roadside service they came and jumped it. From there we went to the dealer 25 miles away. By the time we got there the battery was fully charged, I wanted a new battery but was told Kia will only authorize if battery shows failure. My power pack was in rear of car Also learned you cannot access back hatch, or fold down rear seats, when battery is dead. I guess we wait and see if it happens again, if so I will have it towed to dealer so battery will be in same condition and not charged.
