Order to delivery time

I got an ETA yesterday! I ordered in February from a higher volume dealer and was quoted 4 to 6 months. ETA is 6/26 and the salesperson confirmed it will be a 2022 model.

She also said anyone that ordered from this dealership April or later will be getting a 2023.

Congrats! I ordered in mid April. Not sure if I'll be getting a '23 based on your salesperson's info. I like the dual screens of the '23, and I also like the amber DRL of the '22. So either one is fine by me.

My salesman is VERY short with me and the only thing I can get out of him is “6 MONTH ETA”.

You’re getting more from your rep than I am. I’ve been trying to get in touch with her for the past couple of weeks and have even tried contacting the sales manager for an update. I haven’t gotten a single call/text/email back.

I ordered a glacial white pearl SX-P nightfall with gray nappa, side steps, and tow package.

Vin popped on failcat 5-5. Dealer says towards end of the month. In the Phoenix area they are saying they arrive about 5 days early??!!

Have been very happy with the communication from Kings and love they sell for MSRP! We ordered a gravity gray SX NE Dune Brown on 12/31/21. Have an ETA of 6/3. Interesting how some come in quicker than others. How was the pickup experience with Kings?

It went very smoothly. All financing and trade in deals were done on the phone a few days before the delivery date. Took about 45 min when we were there. Here is a picture of our telly on the day of pick up at kings kia.

One thing I would advise, think about what warranty (if any) that you would want to add on. Our lady tried to push them very hard. Good luck!

My build was picked up by KFOS in March (3/15ish) and still no VIN or ETA. Anyone else out there who had a March pickup and no news yet? I was told it would be a month and now we’re at 2 so growing exceedingly impatient since I ordered 10/8/2021.

I ordered from the same dealer in Feb. Early April I was ~195 in line. Also jealous of all the people getting cars faster. Someone got my exact config (maybe without Tow) at MSRP from Barnett in White Bear Lake but they got lucky with a cancelled order.

I had a 3/12 pickup and its was delivered 4/14. That seems like a long delay from pickup to still having not VIN. But stranger things have happened

Ordered ours on 9/30/21 and were told 4-6 months WE bugged our salesperson, Chris, in February as we were planning a roadtrip in March and were hoping to do so in our new ride. Chris said it wasn't "picked up" yet Got a call March 12 that it was finally picked up and should be in end of May/early June WE called the dealer today for an update. Chris was off so we spoke to someone else. They said "Chris hasn't called you yet? It's in transit and should be here sometime this month" He gave us the VIN. I immediately checked the VIN on Failcat and saw it was created on 4/27 Not happy with Chris, but freaking FINALLY it will be here! Now to plan another roadtrip

It took 9 months but he just arrived. Worth the wait. Patience is a virtue…
