Make sure you tell him your situation, the person on the fb page seems to be back tracking and saying msrp is still good on orders before Jan 15.

They are. He messaged me also. I found out an important piece of information... so we all knew murray was being alloted over 20 tellys a month. It turns out raceway does not keep that allotment. They get around 4 a month. So that will make the wait for some of you much much longer.

When Fowler purchased i25 their allotment went down temporarily but then quickly got back up to where they were prior, 30-40 per month. Maybe their allotment will increase.

I am Ryan lol. So I talked with Jake. He laid out his position and I laid out mine. He's saying that they changed their mind and are honoring all previous orders to a certain cutoff at MSRP. Since my car was sold, he said he would procure me another one from another dealership of his. I am a bit skeptical but I am taking the leap of faith again. He also told me to rescind my review, but I basically told him I will rescind my negative reviews and complaints if he actually follows through on what he is saying. I have nothing to lose since it's either I get one from him at MSRP or I get one at MSRP from Arapahoe Kia.

As I think about it now, is that really the owner? I mean he’s scanning Facebook reviews and comments and responding to everything. If I owned that many dealerships, would I be doing the same thing? He’s supposed to call me tomorrow so I guess we’ll find out. Spidey sense is tingling

I believe it is. I did some fb research and it looks like he is definitely an owner

My guess is that the thread was escalated to him once actual people started chiming in with their side of things. It ended up making raceway look super shady so they went to try and mitigate the damage.

Hope it all works out for you Ryan. Not all will be rectified as anyone with deposits after January will be screwed. Don’t understand why they can’t honor all deals. This also looks bad for KIA CORP as their dealer network is just screwing with their image to the public. I take this to heart and I believe KIA CORP needs to share in the responsibility and making sure a new owner will manage the business professionally and with integrity and satisfy the customers with support and service. Not bs mark ups and lies.

Can confirm, I spoke with him Friday after losing my mind on his GM via email on Thursday.

It’s a good sign that they’re changing their tune. I’ll want to see my car and the price and I’ll be happy to report that they turned into a good place to do business.
