  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Just picked up a 2020 Telluride SX for my wife last night. I drive a 2012 BMW X5 diesel and I love driving it. However, after driving the Telluride the X5 feels like a dinosaur. A quick and fun dinosaur, but still a dinosaur.

I like to wrench on my own vehicles, so I am hoping to learn tips and tricks that others here have discovered while working on their vehicles.

It got a bit dirty driving through the rain on the way home from the dealership last night and didn't have time to wash it today, so gonna have to settle for a couple of the dealer advertisement pix:

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Congratulations on the new Telluride! What did the Telluride replace for your wife? I'm glad you found us. :)

She had a 2003 Yukon XL Denali that we bought brand new in 2003 and had 270K miles on it when we sold it. It was still running strong, but the rest of the vehicle felt like it was falling apart around the drivetrain and she was ready to downsize. We actually picked up a well-optioned Chevy Traverse through Carvana to replace the Denali, but after discovering that it had tranny issues we decided to return it to them. When looking for other midsize SUV options, we happened to come across the Telluride; never considered a Kia before. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it drove and how much car you get for the money.
