I picked up a 2022 Nightfall yesterday which came with the $60 black locking wheel nuts. The dealer did nut install them, they were left in the back. But I noticed that the factory lug nuts are silver colored not black to match the locking nut. Is that normal on the Nightfall? I expected black lug nuts all around. Thanks

Yes, normal. The good thing is you can replace them without lifting the vehicle, just do one at a time.
