• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I’ve looked under and in the track and can’t find anything wedged in there which would prevent the seat from moving. It also appears to be disengaging the same as the other seat. Anyone have an idea? Trying to avoid taking to the dealer…

get a bright light and look in the tracks for an obstruction. if no obstruction look to see if the mechanism is actually disengaging when operated.

I had a similar problem on my 22 Telluride but on the driver side. It was an intermittent connection on the connector. I could wiggle the cable and it would work for a while. The dealership popped off the side cover and reseated the connector.
