2020 Door Locking

The few times I have someone sitting in the rear captain seats when they are exiting I have to open the door to let them out. I couldn’t find anything on how to remove this security feature. All of my grandchildren are old enough.
Is there a way to keep the doors open when the vehicle is stopped without having the driver needing to press the door locks. It’s not really a big deal but a bit annoying.

It’s tied into the window child lock - button below the window switches on driver door. If enabled, doors can only be opened from outside.
