• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... We purchased a used 2023 Telluride (700 miles) and a few days after the sale, I began getting error codes - Check Forward Safety system, Check Lane Safety system, Check Forward/Side Safety system. We took to the dealership and they put it on the computer and said it showed the history of errors and would need to be scheduled for an appointment. The claimed there was nothing wrong, they could not duplicate. Then they pulled the cars history and found that the first owner had issues and replaced the harness in June. Has anyone else had anything similar? I got the car back and a few days later, problem was back.

Sounds like another one-off problem to me.

I was plagued with electrical/computer issued the day I picked mine up 2 years ago. Currently I have warnings about most of the same sensors you have mentioned, and after 2 trips to the dealer (which took several weeks each to even get scheduled!) nothing is resolved.

I spoke to another dealership about 2hrs away yesterday, who told me they're typically easy to fix, but time consuming and I'm likely getting the runaround... said she has been getting a lot of tellys in with similar issues from people who are having trouble getting them serviced correctly, or at all!

Probably not helpful in easing your mind, but you are definitely not alone here.

I have video records, hundreds of pictures and the dealership I purchased from are complete liars in the service department. I won't be keeping the vehicle if it is not resolved, I don't know how you can put up with the constant codes flashing and not having fully functioning vehicle.

Yup, same. The amount of effort, time, and cost it took to get this vehicle, especially in the height of the chip shortage for me... thought I would have at least mediocre customer service. Instead all of that excitement quickly turned sour and if I had anything left in my to go through trying to sell it I certainly would - it's not that I don't love the vehicle, I agree it's one of the best values, but I'd rather pay more then deal with these issues and lack of support.

The best luck I have had is to email the US Director of Consumer Affairs & Warranty Operations and all of the other executive level emails I could find (DM me if you need but they're on google) and finally got quickly assigned to a new case manager who quickly resolved my past grievances.

I have the same issue as well, it seems to be on hot days (29-31 degrees Celsius) while the vehicle is not moving or moving slowly (in a traffic jam), once it starts moving faster, the error message disappears. The issue does not occur when it is cool weather. I booked an appointment with the dealership but feels it is going to be a long saga... :(
