  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I bought a used 2021 SX with about 30k miles. What a great SUV. All the option that I wanted and it looks fantastic. It’s Moss Green with Butterscotch leather and has the factory tow package. I’m glad I found this forum as this is a new’ish product for Kia and very technical.

I bought a used 2021 sx with the tow package and it has a very rough ride. I searched around and read about the suspension bounce test. The front feels fine. But I can’t get the back to compress or bounce at all. If I sit on the tailgate and try to bounce it feels like I’m sitting on a rock. Seems like an odd failure mode for suspension. I took it to my local Kia service and the tech didn’t think I had the factory tow package because there was no dashboard control for the rear shock. Not a real confidence builder.. Anyone have any ideas?
Please don't multiple post the same question.

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Congratulations on your new Telluride! I'm glad you found us. :) What did the Telluride replace for you?

We had a 2012 Highlander Limited that my son now gets to drive. I like the extra space and tech the Telluride has. Looking forward to the first road trip with it.

The Toyota Highlander has a big following for good reasons. The Telluride is a very nice upgrade, however. :)
