Settings seemed to reset themselves and Windshield cracked

After having my 2024 telluride for several weeks, the windshield cracked for no apparent reason and it was $2,ooo to replace and have calibrated due to the technology. Insurance covered it but I’m a bit nervous it could happen again. Anyone else have this experience?
Also a week later I used the remote start for the first time and I don’t know if coincidence but when I got in the car, everything had reset (my saved seat position gone, heat was all turned completely off, the clock went back to being an hour later, Sirius (Which had been activated) was gone. What happened?
