Hose/coupling parts for DIY coolant leak fix

2021 Telluride, model, S, with $109k miles. I need to replace hoses and/or couplings behind the engine where there's a bad coolant leak (pic included). I'm having a tough time finding the hose and/or couplings on the Kia parts sites, and not seeing on Rockauto. Anybody had to do this before, or had dealer replace and have the exact part #s for the hoses and/or couplings that were replaced? Couldn't find in existing threads. thanks

Yes! I ordered the part from a local Kia dealership. Part # 97311S9300. Required me to take the intake off the top of the engine so I replaced the spark plugs at the same time.
