Wont start

Hey gang- been awhile. My 2021 won't start. Just a loud clicking and dash lights. Hoping battery (original). I cleaned terminals but still happening. First symptoms were Tailgate won't open and mirrors not folding on locking. After couple of tries after cleaning terminals everything is flashing including the headlights and domes. Any thoughts? Should I try battery replace or get it to a shop (don't want to waste money on battery if probably more). Thanks

One other bit of info. This did all start after I towed with it a couple weeks ago. If that could have any bearing.

Auto parts store usually test batteries for free.

I did finally take battery out and to store fir testing. Was def weak, but the thing they were more concerned about was the positive pole was cracked thru. Said that's probably why it went dead so fast, after 1 week of being idle. Now I have to take it and check the system. Just didn't need that today.

Worth taking to the dealership / defective battery ??
