Went to capitol kia, all Tellurides sold out and sales person didn't even offer us a look at the sold vehicle that was in the back lot. Won't be going back ever!

Stay way way away from Cerritos Kia. I have dealt with them three times, given them a shot and on the final one, they texted me a price. Once I was ready to go and pick one up, they denied the price given. I even called to talk to General Manager and they buffered my call, and then said he stood by his price of MSRP once they keep the 1500 Kia financing rebate. They, like many others, are taking advantage of the customers.

Any luck finding a dealer in NJ or PA at msrp? I’ve had zero success thus far!!!

Motion Kia in Hackettstown. I got mine at MSRP less Kia incentive. There were 2-3 EX available on Saturday (sangria, white, & everlasting grey). No idea if they still have them. As I was doing my paperwork, a family was looking at the white one.

I second this - STAY AWAY from Cerritos Kia. They pulled a similar stunt on me as well. We agreed on a price on the phone, and the agreement was MSRP + $500 dealer add-ons (useless crap - that I can't believe I actually agreed). I told them to send me the quote in text/email, as I was driving over. ...... 30min.....crickets..... after 50min, finally got the quote => MSRP + $500 dealer add-ons + $1000 premium. WTF?!?.... made an immediate exit on the freeway and bitterly drove back with rush hour traffic.

Already told my friends and family to never shop there...

You can take SoCal Kia dealers out of the ghetto, but you can't take the ghetto out of SoCal Kia dealers.

Kia Southwest (Austin, TX) - Dark Moss SX-P...wanted $10,000 dealer markup over MSRP. Told them no thanks, I'll wait for my order to come in.

Part of the Kia Southwest dealer group. Have locations in Austin, Round Rock, Mesquite, Rockwall, and Dallas. I'll take my business elsewhere.

You can take SoCal Kia dealers out of the ghetto, but you can't take the ghetto out of SoCal Kia dealers.

Many of us are new first time Kia customers who come from higher end cars such as BMW etc. These dealers are still at the level of $159/mo deals, and they have not adjusted their game accordingly. It’s a pity really. Well done SolCal for spreading the news.

Depending on where you are in PA, Wyoming Valley KIA may be an option. I just purchased an EX from them at MSRP and they were a pleasure to work with.

Value Kia in Philly, lie about having a telluride in stock just to get you in the show room. They try to give you an over price for you trading in and up mark the price of the new car .

A friend went to look at some Tellurides at KIA of Des Moines. They have a $3000 markup they would not budge on (up from the $1500 markup in they had in may). He told them of other dealerships that are charging MSRP in Iowa and elsewhere and they claimed those dealerships are lying. They then told him if he didn't want the one on the showroom floor he could they could order one, however the price would be whatever their markup was when it arrived. Which they also said was guaranteed to go higher then the current $3000. Shaking my head.

We initially tried to order a S AWD from Des Moines and they would not budge on the $1500 mark up even after I told them Omaha stated they had no markup if we ordered. We ended up ordering from the Kia Dealer in Lawrence Kansas since they had no mark up and have a free unlimited power train warranty. I have no problem driving 3 hours to save $1500.

Also bad - Gateway Kia of North Brunswick, New Jersey (3k markup on SX, have 810 credit and would only give us 6.9% APR for 60 mo financing )
