Benson Kia in Spartanburg, SC sold me mine at sticker, plus all weather mats. Eveything was over the internet or phone. By the time I drove over an hour to get there, I was back on the road in less than an hour.

Union County Kia, Monroe, NC was great, too. They just did not have what I wanted in stock.
 
My local dealer (Matthews Kia in Vestal, NY) is great, but didn't have inventory. They were upfront & honest and told me they already had several orders placed for other customers and expected a multi-month wait time. Ended up at Wyoming Valley Kia in Larksville, PA. Had 3 EX's on lot and selling at MSRP. Fantastic folks to work with! I'd do business with either dealer in the future.
 
Anyone who lives near Kia Muncie should definitely consider them for Telluride orders. They quoted the best Costco price I could find. Unfortunately, I'm in the west coast so the transport cost ate away at the below MSRP quote. Good communication and quick to respond as well.

Picked up an AWD SX Prestige in Gravity Grey. Jim Bone Kia in Santa Rosa. Nathan the sales rep there was great. Good follow up while I was waiting. No dealer markup.

Gerald Kia, North Aurora Illinois. Ordered. Took 7 weeks. SX with tow package. MRSP plus I received 1,500 in incentives. Dealer wanted tp put a 1,200 package on it. I refused. They were fine with that. Great dealer.
 
Medved Kia Colorado
Had a good final outcome with the dealership. Worked with the sales manager and although he wouldn’t commit to a price prior to the vehicle showing up, he assured me that he would beat a deal that I received from another dealership even though it was under market conditions. Sure enough when the car arrived he held true to his word and the deal was competed quickly. My only gripe with the dealership was a total lack of communication from the sales staff. It proved very hard to get reply’s to my inquiries once they placed my order and took my deposit. I even had to call the general sales line so that I could actually talk to someone. In the end the deal trumps customer service for me so I would do business with them again most likely.
 
I ordered my Copper Black SXP with black interior on April 11th and got it delivered at Kia Elgin, IL on August 26th. Bought it through the Costco program and got $700 off MSRP + $1500 rebate and $1000 conquest rebate. Had a problem with getting 2.9 percent financing on 60 month because the Finance manager told me the only way to get 2.9 was to take the extended warranty otherwise it was 3.9 percent financing. Total BS... I called Kia Financing support and found that was not true and had the dealership remove the warranty. They are going to reimburse me with a check that I can then apply to my first payment on my loan. Still waiting on the check.

I had a very good purchase through Kia of Auburn which is in Alabama. Very friendly staff, honored my trade in value for my BMW and honored MSRP without any add-ons. All in All a good experience if your down here in the country.

I ordered a Gravity Gray SX-P with Gray interior a little over 2 weeks ago from Jim Bone Kia in Santa Rosa, CA. Got a call yesterday saying a buyer backed out of their deal for the exact car I ordered and it was mine if I wanted it. Went in and while I was waiting for the dealer to finish up with another customer I spotted the Telly in the lot and went over to take a look. When I saw they had a dealer markup of $8k I started laughing and realized why the previous buyer backed out! I was immediately ready to drive away but my wife convinced me to at least listen to what the dealer had to say. He told me that markup was only if someone bought it off the lot, not ordered it. Ended up getting it for MSRP minus $2700 with the lease deal. Trying to decide if I want to immediately refinance or keep it as a lease. Overall great experience with Steven, no pressure at all. Glad my wife made me hear him out. Feel a little guilty getting it so soon after hearing the wait times you all have been experiencing!

Wow, what a dealer! They probably really just wanted to move it by quarter end, and since you had the order, they were willing to move this one to get their sales bonus and then when the one you ordered comes in they'll have another buyer! That's great! BTW, I'd try to refi the Telluride ASAP if you can get out of the lease without having to pay all the scheduled payments up front - depends on how KMF leases are structured and California law - the money factors for Telluride that I have seen are terrible and the rent charge was at least $5k - more than double the incentive. Just an observation. Congrats on getting that beauty!
 
I had a bad experience with my local Oklahoma Kia dealer on ordering a Telluride. After 8 weeks of waiting I was told my order was fulfilled but not allocated to me and that it would be roughly December before I received my car that I ordered on July 25th. I found the exact car I ordered at Jake Sweeney Kia in Florence Kentucky 12 hours away and they were absolutely amazing in helping buy the car from over 700 miles away. They worked with me every step of the way over the phone and email in helping get the purchase completed. I got a white SXP dune brown with self level for Costco pricing plus rebates. They sent me all the paper work next day air to Oklahoma so that my wife could sign as well. I flew into town the following week to pick the car up and my sales associate Joe was there ready to pick me up from my hotel the next morning. They had me in and out and on my road trip home in about 5 minutes. The car was in pristine condition. I can't say enough how great the staff was at Jake Sweeney Kia. Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Joe and Dontae were great every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a Telluride. Ps my wife loves her new car so much and I got multiple people asking about during my 12 hour road trip home.

I had a great experience with John L Sullivan Roseville Kia in the Roseville Automall, in California. I had been looking and for a replacement vehicle for my truck that was 20 years old. I tend to hold on to a vehicle if I like it. I needed a vehicle what would be easy for my wife to get in and out of as she has some mobility issues. No matter what I looked at, online, I kept coming back to the Telluride. The problem was, there were no local dealers close by. I broadened my search and found a few dealers that actually had some Tellys in stock. I finally found one, with features I wanted and set up an appointment for a test drive.

Things were going smoothly until I made a wrong turn a couple of miles from the Automall and got turned around. I called Miguel, told him where I was and he jumped in a car and found me and had me follow him back to the dealership. And there it was, an Everlasting Silver S trim with 20" black wheels. Now came the hard part, I already knew that I wanted it, but had to play it cool and let the wife fall in love with it as well.

I knew it was a done deal when she looked at Miguel and asked him if he he would deliver it, if we bought it that day. We live about 80 miles north of the dealership. He did not even hesitate when he said, "of course." The rest was just a matter of working out a price that we were both happy with and seeing our new baby sitting in our driveway later that evening. If you live in the greater Sacramento area, in Calif., go see Miguel. He was a pleasure to deal with.
 
After having McGrath Arlington Kia of Palatine in IL take an order and deposit from me in Mar and, when the vehicle came in during Apr, selling it to someone else and then lying about it to me thru Jun...

I went to Luther Kia of Bloomington in MN (not as crazy as it sounds - near my son and daughter). Mike Lipke was as good a guy as my son told me. Great experience and great price. If you're in the area - give 'em a try.
