Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Ordered my Gravity Grey SXP AWD with black interior on 8/24/19--was told it could be 12-16 weeks before delivery. Order was accepted a few days after placed--am hopeful for a quicker delivery, but we will see...

Where are you located? I ordered the same thing just with light gray interior and illuminated scuff plates. I ordered mine on 8/29. I was told Nov 5th. The salesman said he would email the window sticker as soon as he gets it. Nov 5th sounds to good to be true. But I'm not complaining. Im in Va by the way

I’m in NE, ordered from an IA dealership just across the river. I was deciding between the Napa black and light gray—finally decided the light gray interior ceiling with the black was the best of both worlds!

It shouldn't take that long especially with S model. I ordered mine SXP on July 25th and heard nothing other than my order has been "accepted" after 9 weeks. When I asked for a document or any proof showing my order has been has accepted, he couldn't provide. In fact, he f&$%ing said my order still in the queue to be picked up. Basically, the damn dealer has lied to me and I wasted my f&$%ing time for 9 weeks. I got pissed and head to the dealership and get my deposit back immediately.
I placed an order again with another dealership which is way bigger than the local one, that way they get faster deliveries on the customer's request. Try to go to a bigger dealership than the small ones. You are spending a lot of money and they get "markup fee" for just doing their job which is f&$%ing stupid. If they don't do their job right, they don't deserve that prevailge.
Go find a new dealer if you not satisfied. There are so many scumbags out there who just wants your $$.

I ordered my Black Cooper SXP no tow with Dune Nappa interior 8/22. Last week, I asked the dealer if my order has been accepted he stated it was accepted the same day I placed the order. He sends me this screenshot of the order. Can anyone verify it was actually accepted?

I placed order with AAA Carolinas 7/23 and was told 9/15 initially. On 9/15 I was told 10/15 and now am being told, "any day now" most likely earlier than 10/15 but no other information was provided. I have a Grey/Gray EX. We'll see! I hope to get confirmation on a VIN in the next couple days.

Called KIA dealership yesterday to get the VIN number of the one they allegedly ordered and they did not have it yet, however I started talking to the sales guy and found out the exact Telluride my son wanted was on the lot so we picked it up instead. So Mine is still on the waiting list and my sons got his now. 3 people who were called to test drive it were not very happy we bought it before they could see it.
Great work! They shouldn't be test driving sold orders... but maybe "looking at it" would be okay. It's been hard for dealers to keep any in stock for test drives.

Just picked up my SX in everlasting silver with tow, all weather mats and cross bars today! Ordered on 8-15-19 and picked it up 10-02-19. Way quicker than I expected, only had to wait a month and a half. Maybe because I ordered a less popular color?
As expected, the 0% for 72 months they offered me for financing ended "September 5th". I never really expected to get that but was hopeful. I did get 0.9% for 48 months, so higher payments yes but id rather not pay a lot of interest.
Kia of Napleton was very easy and good to deal with. No pushing of dealer add ons or anything like that. They kept me updated on my order, either after I emailed them or they did reach out on their own twice. Now of course they tried low balling me on the trade in and pushing me towards the higher interest loans but I feel that is pretty normal. Overall I was very happy with my experience there.

Officially a Telluride owner! If you’ve been following my drama - I ended up purchasing the Telluride that was ordered incorrectly without the prestige package. It came in yesterday and I went to see it and fell in love sans Nappa leather or HUD. Plus I was promised with the extra money we saved by not getting the prestige package I could buy the fancy stroller I want for our baby that’s due! Compromises.
I ordered June 25 and got my AWD Ebony black SX with black interior yesterday on 10/2!
Now I need to figure out how to park this thing without hitting everyone in the lot. I’m not used to such a large SUV.

Not abnormal. I ordered May 4, estimated delivery November 10.
We ordered a black on black AWD S as well on Aug 17th so we are 6.5 weeks in. The sales manager emailed me yesterday stating they hadn't heard anything on our vehicle yet but had reached out to Kia to check on the status. I then asked what she was seeing for lead times and she said they had been coming it at 2-5 months.....was originally told they had been coming in at 2-3 but they had to tell us it would be there in 3-4.
