Order to delivery time

First post here! Looks like most of the people on this forum have ordered the SX trim with AWD, I ordered an EX AWD this past Saturday (Oct. 26). Is it fair to assume that an EX order may get fulfilled quicker than an SX order since the demand for EX appears to be lower (at least within this thread)?

I didn't know that you could add the Prestige Package to that trim.

Prestige only on SX model. Premium on EX. Premium gives you 20inch wheels and captain seats.

That's awesome! Had no idea the EX had a premium option. So you placed the order just last week? Or did you place it earlier?

Wow. I ordered the same thing without illuminated plates on aug 20th. My dealer says no word yet. He said hoping for December. You got lucky!

Yea a 7 week wait came quickly, I love it. It really is quiet on the inside when you close all the windows and the radio is low. The features alone with the prestige package is outstanding. Auto defrost, auto wipers, HUD, Etc. I'm still trying to learn everything about it lol. You will love it. Hope your wait is as short as mine was.

Discouraged today. It's two months since my order. My local dealer with my order is great - but he's not been invoiced for my car (Gravity Grey/Black SX FWD) and even encouraged me to buy elsewhere if someone got it first and get my deposit refunded (my kind of guy). One crappy local dealer is getting one on ~11/5 - he hung up on me so he's dead to me. Another local dealer just got one in (on the lot), invoiced for another on Saturday (eta ~12/1), and yet another one today (eta about ~12/3). Sad because I know this dealer is getting vehicles before he knows he's getting them (which is odd).. and he's just playing games vs selling me a car. Sorry. Just had to vent. There are days where I think I should just give up a very successful career to be the next @Jason Fox :)

Didn't place an order, was on a Facebook forum and the sales lady mentioned they were getting their first premium EX in November 4th. I asked her if it had been sold yet and she said they just posed the info on their site about 30 minutes ago and that it hadn't. Just happened to be the exact color combo we wanted so I put down a deposit on it as fast as she would take it. Now only have to drive 5 hours each way to get it :)
