i like the interior of the palisade better. i like the alternative shift control, and i really hate the 'glued on afterthought' screen that's on the telluride and many other cars. put something around it, make it look built in. Land Rover has moved it to the dashboard itself on new ones. For me it will probably just depend on who has the deal.

i used to feel that way. but then i leased a 2017 e-class sedan and it has the shifter on the column. so i have gotten 'unused' to it. but i totally agree that there needs to be a good spot to rest our hand.

I'm not a fan of the looks of the Hyundai. I like the range rover "ish" looks of the kia much better.

i actually don't disagree with that, but i am one who feels that it's the interior of the car that we deal with most of the time and i like the interior better on the hyundai. really it has to wait until i see it in person. i had the impression that the telluride was going to be too big for me until i saw it in person.

I am on the fence as well, waiting for Hyundai to publish the specs of the two trim levels. Limited and Ultimate. Maybe we will see better lumbar support on the Palisade. The show car that came to Atlanta had four way drivers lumbar support. (Yay) But the passenger side had no lumbar adjustments at all. (Boo)

I would say the only “cooler” thing about palli is the room underneath the center console. But the console itself is ugly to me. Too much dead space. Also the power rear seats, but not a deal breaker. Not hard to do yourself. Can’t imahine when you would “need “ to do power vs manual.

Palli is a mom car.
Telly is a dad car.

Telly looks more aggressive.

I think the interior on the telluride looks more premium. Both exteriors look wonderful, I prefer the telluride even though the pallisade grill looks gorgeous. Love the range rover vibes from the telluride. Will test drive both once the pallisade hits US markets.

My Dealer has an EX and SX now so I'm going to go see them tomorrow , I'll drop by Hyundai and see when they'll be getting their Pallies

LOL, that's the biggest drawback to the Pallisade for me, that grill look hideous...Good thing they make vehicles different for all our tastes.

And it looks like it would be a real pain in the butt to clean as well. Reminds me of ribbon taffy.
