I appreciate you thinking of me but we already update all of our customers as soon as we have additional information available. We are just too busy throughout the day to start looking up additional orders that are not ours.
Bob Utter Kia has been that way.They would not really follow up unless I asked them.Other than that,no issues so far.

Its a double edge sword. A store that doesn’t have high turnover will be delayed longer because they get less allocation. And if you are at a high volume store and get excessive orders you only get allocation on the highest tier. Which means long wait times.
I ordered on August 7th
Some of you will find out you never had orders placed. I wish I had a dollar for every email I received regarding this. Going to get worse before it gets better. And just to be very fair to all dealers.... Do Not hound these guys a month 2 months or few weeks into process when they tell you 4-6 months. Unless the Telluride Fairy comes with pixie dust and sprinkles it on our ordering system... No news to report! We just all need to be patient. All we can do.

Keep in mind.... Dealers have same colors, options, packages on order. It might be yours it might not. Very hard to know 100 % it's a rough guess. A snow white with dune SXP is highly popular.
I understand. The dealer actually told me they have one on order that appears to match my order criteria that they will give me if it gets here first. I understand that you all are very busy and don’t necessarily have time to do this for everyone, and if Stephen doesn’t have time to check on mine that is fine. But it’s very frustrating that we can’t get this information from our own dealers and it’s very much appreciated when you guys are able to help us. Either way, you guys have been very helpful in answering our questions and I appreciate that!

Based on the Production sheet that Michelw has been working on,my dealer has never ever been allocated a Telluride that is Snow White SX(with or without) prestige so far.

Showing 2 currently assigned to that location that are Snow White Pearl Prestige, Black interior , with Tow Package. One has floor mats, mud guards, rear bumper protecter. Eta is 01-29 and internal number is 0007468820. The other has the same exact features and ETA 01-01 internal number 0007422256. I would reach out to your store as looks like they may have ordered unit twice.
Currently they have none on the way atm. (SX with Prestige) so still waiting
