No Network Response on Screen when I do voice command on regular Navigation. Please help

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Did you activate UVO?
There is a TSB to fix this issue. See my other post with link.

Have the dealership upgrade the system firmware to the latest version. That fixed it for me.

I have the latest version the update refers to, but only get no network connection error when trying to use voice recognition.

I had this very frustrating problem for a week or so. I updated the infotainment software and map data and it fixed the issue completely. Plus, I like the new software features!
