• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Kia Telluride US production stats. by trim and colors

First, this spreadsheet is the bees knees. Thanks! Second, what is the general time from VIN generation to delivery (midwest in this case)

It usually takes about 30 days from the time the VIN is generated and the Telluride gets delivered to the dealer.

Oof I had hoped it would be less. I will take that. The only downside is that the sticker shows the interior color is black but the color in the spreadsheet shows Dune Brown. I am curious, is the interior color not the definitive color? Meaning it can be changed later in the options?

Look on the right column of the sticker. You should see the Dune Brown seats listed there.

I have now update my Google Sheets containing the lastest Telluride VINs. As of January 27, 2020 the latest Telluride VIN is 5XYP34HC6LG075876.

All VINs: Google Sheet
Last 3 months VINs: Google Sheet

Michelw I just want to thank you for posting the updated spreadsheets as often as you do! Im new to the group, but no stranger to the process thanks to reading the previous posts. LOL I've been waiting so patiently for my SX prestige with all white exterior and grey interior. Dealer says early February, but we shall see! 🙃

So question. I placed a non refundable deposit (long story, don’t want to get into that) for an everlasting silver S at my dealer. Estimated delivery was Feb 19. All the other options they gave us in terms of allocated stock have VINs but mine.
How often do the preallocated units change hands? Two sister dealerships both received ones they weren’t expecting in my preference but I’m still out high and dry.
Non refundable deposit was $1,000 so I can’t walk away from this.

I had an order but found it on my own using the spread sheet. They canceled my original order I was at 3 months so not sure how long it would have taken. Only took a month from vin to my driveway! I found it 2 weeks after vin was made.
Stacy, I just had a similar experience and was recently told order could not be fulfilled. Getting run around as to why but everything I'm learning points toward issues with allocation and sales (which I interpret to mean that KIA isn't going to build a car to a dealer order if they haven't sold certain amounts - likely base models or non-SX trims).

I am sorry I meant that I had them cancel my order! It didn’t get canceled on me. I just tracked down exactly what I had on order. Maybe you can try that

I couldn't imagine if Kia told dealers to sell more LX trim or risk curtailment of thier SX orders.

This is the first time I am realizing there is a difference between Gravity Grey and Everlasting Silver, lol.

Given the recent announcement to ramp up production to 100,000 Tellurides, is there a quick & easy way to look at recent daily/weekly totals to see if there has been a noticeable increase in VIN's created yet?
