• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I am traveling alone with my English Bulldog puppy on a 12 hour trip to see my son and new grandbaby. When I stop for a bathroom break and lock the doors to keep puppy and my belongings safe, the car alarm goes off from her moving around in her crate because she weighs 30 lbs and it jiggles the Telluride. Before I make the trip back home at the end of the months, is there a way to temporarily disable the alarm so I don't look like an idiot to everyone around me every time I stop? Thanks in advance!
