In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Order to delivery time

For those of us who ordered in 2019, sounds like our orders will not be built until late summer because factory is building Sorentos and Seltos first. That's the same as cancelling my order, they have not fulfilled it and are moving on to other models.
I see no indication whatsoever internally that Kia is Stopping the production of the Telluride.. The plant makes several cars at the Georgia Factory. Sorento, Optima and Telluride. The virus has push back a lot of orders a few weeks to a month that already had ETA's.

I had two at my store that went into KFOS and didn't get filled due to the virus and closing factory concerns.
Kia has told us that March was last month to enter 2020's into KFOS.

KFOS orders for the month of April are going to start being put in on the 20th.

I see options to play with the 2021 Telluride internally so I feel confident this month we will start putting in 2021 orders.

My latest delivery dates with current ETA's are in June.

That to me indicates 2021's that go in this month should arrive around July-August.

Of course this all depends on Virus not delaying things any more.

I will update everyone here as soon as I get additional information on 2021.

Thanks Stephen, that's reassuring that they will probably keep building them.

Not that it matters for me, but have you heard anything about any changes to the vehicle for 2021?

If you read his/her post, it says they're just not building it right now because the factory is switching to 2021 models. Means their order will probably be a 2021. Kia isn't going to cancel orders. That would be bad juju for them.
Just to clarify: dealer did say that my order was canceled. I have to place a new order for a '21.

Back on topic, as Stephen stated, if we don't have an ETA already it's most likely going to be a '21 model then. I'm ok with that.....I guess. It'd be nice to get any info on what changes are in store.

Blackout package on SX Prestige optional, added Sangria as color option on SX trims. Added Black Copper on all trims other than LX.
Gravity Gray getting replaced by Wolf Gray. Snow White Pearl getting replace by Glacial White Pearl.

Mysterious Skid Plate is showing as an option.. will believe it when I put in order haha

S model appears to be only available in Captain Chairs

Just responding to what cvlwrnut said his dealer told him. He said Sorentos and Seltos. Would be nice to hear what the dealers on here know.

Kia is not going to stop building their hottest car for 4-6 months. That’s just a ridiculous thought and it’s even more insane to believe it.

First the dealers would revolt and second they would lose consumers.

Will the blackout package only be an exterior thing or does it black out headliner and faux wood inserts?

How does wolf grey compare to gravity grey?

any word on public announcement or pricing? Is this your best guesstimate or is this actual Kia info?

Thanks for the info!

This is all the information I have.. don't have pictures or what changes on blackout package or pricing.. Think that will be all released at same time internally. This is actual information off of Kdealer when trying to select Trim models and color combination I can see these options

thanks for sharing. I appreciate the info. I’d assume the specifics would need to be released in the next week to allow orders on the 20th but how much leeway does Kia usually give?

Where in kdealer?

Go to where you are doing a dealer locate.. select 2021.. then Telluride.. than you can see trims and colors and pio's

Kfoss opens on April 15.

Opens where you see how many you are allocated.. orders start to be entered on the 20th.. since forum members want to know when they will have orders put in you go off the 20th date for the forum members

11 years with Kia this is a first I've had to pay attention due to the demand and backlog of orders. Virus isn't helping. So yes would imagine we get something in the next week

Hopefully they are keeping everyone in the same order

Google the color Wolf Grey Paint. I'd bet it is similar to those tones. All the car manufacturers have a chalk grey or other grey tones like that now (i.e. Chip and Joanna colors), it'll be pretty popular if it is like the tones I see online. Surprised they didn't have it already. We shall see soon.
