• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hey all, tried to find this in the archives so forgive me if it's been discussed:

Can I have Uvo on two phones without paying? I did mine when we got the car a few weeks back but my wife wanted it on her phone. I was unable to input the code provided because Uvo is already activated.I can't complete the final step with her phone.

Can I just re-install the app with my info and have it work like that?

TIA for any help you can offer

Unfortunately no. Only 1 phone/app per vehicle I believe unless something has changed. My wife and I had the same issue. But, it should be able to be moved from one phone to the other - you might have to call Kia support.

I'm hoping one account from two devices is OK! Fingers crossed!

Ah, I forgot to try that. I actually gave up caring because Uvo was so bad, so I never bothered to try. And, being in Texas, remote start is just not important to me as the vehicle is garaged 98% of the time when parked.

one account from multiple device should work fine

My wife and I both have the UVO app on our phones. We use the same login info and it works just fine (or as fine as the app works).
