If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Order to delivery time

My dealer just called to tell me they received an Black EX AWD today, but with the light grey leather. There’s no way my wife can do the light leather with the 2 wild boys we have as kids. 😂😂😂

Believe me, I wanted to push her to take it, but she said she would wait. The black on black is supposed to be here in July.
I wasn’t sure if I wanted to take the SWP with grey interior that showed up on my dealer’s lot instead of waiting for my black on black order instead, especially with a 2 year old, but decided to do it anyway! Figured I’ll get a seat cover for her car seat to help with any potential mess. Figured that would be a little easier than keeping black paint looking clean all the time anyway!

I realize it might vary from dealer to dealer, but @StephenCantrelle and @Jason Fox, can you share what an official order form looks like?

I fully understand each dealership may have its own order form, but it might help to let everyone know what they should expect if their dealer places an order on the customer’s behalf.

You two do a wonderful job of keeping this community informed and we thank you for all the hard work and transparency you share 😃

I don't blame her. At this point you are just weeks away from getting it if the date holds true.

Getting Dangerously close. I have 12 at the plant... only one left without** a Vin. Its a SX FWD model. Maybe Monday or Tuesday they will be done? just guessing

I have a copy of an email to my dealer from Kia with an internal vin, it was switched to 2021, is there anyway to snope on it LOL it was one they already had ordered and was supposed to arrive Friday. I really just want to verify it has all the option it is supposed to have since I have nothing else in writing. I don't want to be waiting on the wrong thing

I'm sure that this has been asked before, but any idea what the "average" time gap is between when a vehicle is produced and when it actually ships?

Been wondering this myself as I'm expecting my VIN to show up any day now.

I would imagine it really depends on where you are located...

My dealer has been averaging about 10-14 days from what I can tell...And they are in the same state! I'm not sure what it would be for others...

Which dealer is yours? I placed my order at Kia in Chamblee

Hi all, new to this forum and just picked up my Everlasting Silver SX Prestige Package Telluride on Friday in Wake Forest , NC. For context, it was ordered on 1/26/2020 with an original delivery date of 4/20/2020. Due to the pandemic it was pushed to 6/2 then to 6/9 and finally arrive on 6/12. It took over 4.5 months to receive the vehicle and after reading through some of this post feel fortunate to have got it now. If anyone has questions, I can try answering them.

Were you able to buy at MSRP at Westgate?

Yes, we paid MSRP, the price that was shown once we built it, was the price we paid. I will caveat this but saying we do know someone how works for Westgate.

Well congratulation you got lucky and I am sure it helps to know someone. You were right before the timeframe of being pushed to a 2021 model.

here is a member who posted the order sheet

I had to proactively reach out to consumer affairs because my "dealer" (I wouldn't even call them that at this point) was unresponsive to my request for an update. Consumer affairs indicated that my SX-P was canceled and will roll over into a 2021 (ordered in December 2019). Consumer affairs indicated that this is probably the last week they are going to produce most models of 2020s. He is supposedly going to work with the dealer to get them an allocation immediately for any outstanding vehicles, but he can't promise anything. This whole thing is such a shit show. I think I'm just ready to leave my 1-star reviews and move on...I shouldn't have to beg people to hand them 50K.
