Hi all, quick intro here, wanting to purchase a Telluride in the (hopefully) NYC metro area. I joined last week and have been trying to bring myself up to speed on the ordering process before asking too many questions. 99% sure of the options I'm looking for and finally saw the Gravity Grey with my own eyeballs this weekend and it's what I was hoping for, now to figure out how to find one...

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. I'm actually replacing my weekend & commuter rides and combining them into one since I no longer commute by car. I just sold my 2010 Camaro SS and my commuter is an old Jeep Grand Cherokee (both in metallic grey). I finally laid eyeballs on the Gravity Grey this weekend and two thumbs up! Now all I need to do is find a local Nightfall Edition to view & confirm what I'm 90% sure of from pics online. I'd love to find an actual Gravity Nightfall combo locally but I know how slim those chances are. I miss my Camaro already and the Jeep is about to turn 150K so...time to Telluride

Most definitely!!! When I went to the dealership yesterday, I drove my husbands truck because I was parked in and I did NOT expect that I was going to be able to talk down the market adjustment and strike a deal. I just expected to “see” the car so i could decide that the color options were DEFINITELY the way I wanted to go.
Well, I fell in love, of course, and struck a deal (the planets aligned at the exact moment) and all I had was my cell phone, mask and license. Didn’t even have my trade-in there for them. lol
Talk about the most unprepared negotiating/buying experience ever. So we did all the paperwork, paid, signed, got the spare key and left the car there. 
After we put the baby to sleep, 10pm, my husband and I finally sit down and I gave him my key and said, “oh, btw, I bought the car.” 
Well, I fell in love, of course, and struck a deal (the planets aligned at the exact moment) and all I had was my cell phone, mask and license. Didn’t even have my trade-in there for them. lol

that's awesome!! I just went to my local dealership where they have this beauty sitting on the sidewalkI took a bunch of pics of the NE trim from different angles if anybody wants to see. It's the first Nightfall Edition I've seen up close and I was torn on chrome delete but I think the blackout looks better in person.
