Great question. I've seen guests show up here and said people promised them MSRP in different states. Once they get to the dealer there's extras added. Not trying to be a troll, but is the markup due to just supply and demand (obviously) or something else? Reason I ask such a 101 question is that across the country this car is hot and hard to get your hands on for months. Most dealers are NOT charging anywhere near that much of a markup. Why is the CA market (or your area in particular) doing so? Higher income region?

But Kia in richmond sells at msrp, no required extras, and accepts orders.Great question. I've seen guests show up here and said people promised them MSRP in different states. Once they get to the dealer there's extras added.
Being upfront it's the high demand for the vehicle. Once the demand goes down if it does it'll be lower. Demand hasn't changed since the vehicle came out. If anything it got higher with all the reviews.
