If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Has anyone found a cargo mat with a crease in it? So, when the third row is down it will cover the whole back and when the third row is up you can still keep it in the car and just have it fold where the back seats are.... Are people buying more than one cargo mat for when the seats are up or down?

I ended up with the ToughPro cargo mat. You can actually roll it up when the third row is up and still have protection for the remainder.

I stumbled on this earlier today actually...

It looks like what you’re looking for - covers the whole area when the seats are down, and folds on to itself when they are up. Not sure if this is something new, or just not discussed that much on the forum? I’m intrigued by it and wondering if others have it.

That site says out of stock but searching for the part number finds other sites that have it in stock, and for less.

Great find! I’ll have to look into it

Someone posted like rubber mats that attach to the backs of the seats. When all rows are folded it looks like one big mat and when the are up you are not wasting space by a folded up mat. I think it was Canadian and not shipped to the US..

This one here, its pretty sweet. No clue why the geniuses at KIA decided to only sell it in Canada

And it's $400. No thanks!

Its a lot of coin yea. Maybe a Chinese company will start cranking out reproductions. Lol

I have had weather tech and Husky... I currently have the Tux Mat for my 2018 Sportage SX. The TuxMat I think looks way better and performs better than the other two. It has more coverage which is huge here in Canadian winters. I will be going with TuxMat again for the first 3 rows. I have yet to decide on the trunk. It will be either tough pro or the OEM Kia 60/40 All weather (so expensive). Im still waiting for my Telluride so I have time.

For people who bought the tough pro... is the rubber compound sticky? will it be hard to slide bins in and out? I was thinking with the honeycomb design and sticky/soft rubber it might be harder to slide bins and coolers out the trunk. Any input would be great!

Peezie, can you mail me an oem 60/40 rear mat? Lol
Except for the price tag, I think we all wish it was available here in the states.

@DruKe Congrats on picking up “Kate”! Really excited for you. Can you post pics with the ToughPro mats? Interested in getting them too. Thank you for all you do for the forum and failcat.

I just got the Cargo mat, not the cabin mats. Currently I have the OEM carpeted mats but plan to get the Weather Tech a bit later as the weather starts to worsen up here in the Frozen Tundra. I'll grab a pic of the Tough Pro mat with the 3rd row up and down a bit later and post them.

So here are the pics! I would say that the "tackiness" is about 4/10. Just about what you'd want. Things won't go sliding around but you can drag things across it.
I still really like the idea of the OEM split back though.. I might get both and use the Tough Pro for when I'm hauling crap to the dump or I know it's going to get filthy.

It’s actually about $210. ($275 CAD)
I was about to pull the trigger on the ToughPro as it’s the best one out there for my needs until I seen this 60/40 split one. Been debating it since as not sure its worth an extra $150+ compared to the ToughPro. Waiting to see what additional savings come out of the GroupBuy. If we get it down below $200 it may sway me.

Would be nice if Toughpro put a couple of creases in the Cargo mat so it would lay flat If the third row was up or down. Seems to take up a lot of room rolled up

My Telly should be here in a few weeks (hopefully), so like everyone else, looking for mats.

Being Canadian, I will be getting the OEM 60/40 mat for the back (really looks great in person) made by WeatherTech. I am set on that,

However, here is where I am having a hard time making a decision,

I am thinking about getting the same OEM (WeatherTech) brand/style for the front and 2nd/3rd but I don't know if there is a strip between the 2nd/3rd rows for captains chairs.

I am also considering the Tuxmat just so I know I will be covered with that strip (even that one is not perfect)

I took pictures on the OEM cargo and front mats and totally forgot the middle ones (although the one I looked at was bench and not captains chairs).

I would be looking at $675 Cdn for the all OEM (WeatherTech) and $566 Cdn (plus taxes on both) for the 60/40 and tuxmat combo. (both not cheap, geez)

Thoughts?

Yes, the strip covers in between captains chairs from 3rd row weathertech matts.

Are you not in the USA?

Are we talking about same mats?

My understanding is the ones I posted are exclusive to Canada (Part S9H17AP300 on my quote and S9H17AP100 in the Kia Canada store) which google has nothing on either to show a real picture, so if you are in the USA what you have as OEM, would not be the same as these... in Canada there is actually 2 sets of OEM, normal and premium (which these are).

My understanding is these premium ones are OEM made my WeatherTech only available in Canada, not the same WeatherTech sells online or on Amazon.

But if you have the same ones, i will order them for sure if you say it's covered.

I have the regular US ones made from WeatherTech. So not the answer you were looking for then.
