• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I have searched high and low for some protection for the back of the second row seats. I want them to be protected in both the up and down position. We have 2 dogs, and the hair sticks to that carpet so incredibly well. With the third row is down, the dog rub up against the back of the second row captains chairs. This is the best product I have found, was wondering if anyone had other ideas. Its bundled with one for the third row, which In my case will usually be cover by the cargo mat, but may come in handy.

Nice find. I've done about 30-45 min of searching and think this has been the most clean-looking solution for the back of the second row. Also agree with your comment regarding the third row/cargo mat ( I went with the OEM option for this). I wish they sold the captain chair / second row back protections separately to help drop the price point down from $199, which is a bit steep in my opinion.

On Amazon, there are rubber brushes made for this type of cleaning. They work INCREDIBLY well and only cost a few bucks for the brush. On top of that, it only takes a few brushes to get all/most of the hair. Just a cheaper option for those that did not know.

I asked, and they agreed to sell just the protectors for the captain's chairs for $50. This might be a little steep for some simple covers, but if they look good it will be worth it. I will post pictures when they arrive.

I will give that a try!

VTkite, Have you ever gotten these in? Did they end up letting you just buy the ones that cover the back of the two captain chairs?

What I would love is some PLASTIC or something (velcro backing on it) to function. I futzed around and did something with ABS plastic and Velcro when I go camping and it works as it spans both seats when down to make a steady surface and boy does it work! I just want something more commercial though when each seat is up.
