• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... See alot of EX, SXP, and SX owners, but not many S trim owners. We picked the S trim cause honestly fell in love with it from the beginning. I come from a 2010 Chevy Traverse, so this new Telluride has way more options than I've ever had and we are very happy with it. We got the Everlasting Silver AWD. The only gripe the wife has is no automatic liftgate, but weve never had one so we aren't really at a loss there. We paid $37k with trade in and got the whole car warranty for 10-year/100,000 mile. Anyone else love their S Trim?

Nice, congrats. It's Everlasting Silver, though. Can't let you into the Everlasting Silver club with you calling it gray;)

Will probably order an S in Moss tomorrow. 😁 The price and features checks all the boxes for me.

My sales guy called today and they just got a LX Everlasting Silver in but thats not my fave color plus I want a few of the additional features the S offers. The dealership is selling at straight MSRP with a $500 discount, and you don’t even have to be x military! 😂

Small dealer, very customer oriented in a smallish western VA farm community. They still have an SX gravity grey there since I test drove it last week. I’m guessing buyers around here aren’t going for the Telly like our neighbors to the East in NOVA where markup is $10k and processing is a whopping $900.

I'm actually getting the LX - specifically because it does not have a sunroof, that is an absolute must for me. I currently have a Pathfinder SL so it has a bunch of bells and whistles - that I never use lol.. sure, I'd turn on the heated seats once in a blue moon but we are in SC so it's not a big deal. I didn't even realize I had a heated steering wheel until last year. The auto liftgate leads to constant fumbling about with the keyfob whilst my boys rush to open it manually and a lot of times they forget to push the button to close it and do it manually - we're better off without it. The only thing I'd prob want would be the power seat adjustment but I mean - why tho?? lol I'll set it once and forget it - my bf and I are actually around the same height so we never adjust the seat after the other driving. Mentally, make that emotionally I sometimes think - well, this or that sure would be nice (the tailpipe maybe? but I am not going to be staring at it).

S trim here in San Diego. Honestly, I really wanted an EX Premium to get the S wheels and bucket seats, and all of the upgraded tech. But the dealers here just could not get one in stock and keep it for longer than 5 minutes, so I broke down in March and just went with the S. I like most things about it, and can't complain. But I moved over from a BMW X5, so I got used to some things that I miss too. For example, I wish I had AWD because the way the front wheel drive pulls when accelerating annoys me, especially after years of being used to BMW and rear wheel. I do strongly feel that at close to $40k a power rear liftgate should be a given, or at least an option. So that is a bit disappointing.

But other than those couple little gripes - I do love the car and am enjoying driving it. I would not surprise myself much to trade it on an EX premium one day if a dealer is sitting on one for longer than 32 seconds.

We didn't need the auto liftgate either, just something else that would go wrong lol. Congrats!
