  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... My wife has been in the market for several weeks looking at all the midsize 2-3 row SUVs under 50K. She was going to settle for an Atlas but finally decided to test drive a Telluride since she saw a nice white one parked the other day. Well after the brief test drive that was it. Hard part of course is finding one. Local dealer has current stock marked up 10K. No problem ordering at MSRP but he quoted 3-9 months. I wasn't waiting that long. I started searching and found the inventory trackers off this site folks were using. Found an SX awd that looks to be delivered by end of month. Put a deposit down. Cross our fingers we should be a part of the telluride family soon!

When I was just in my research phase, I had my heart set on an Atlas. I happened to see a Telluride on the road and decided to check it out at the Kia dealership down the road from the VW place. We went to Kia first and test drove a Telluride. Was really impressed Then got in the Atlas and was so disappointed. It just seemed really cheap inside compared to the Telluride. Easy choice.

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. I'm glad you found us! What might the Telluride be replacing for you?

We're replacing our old Odyssey minivan. My wife is done with it. This is definitely a major upgrade!

Be sure to post pics when you get your KT.

side note--previous owner of a '99 Odyssey. The fam LOVED that vehicle. :)

Just got our GWP SX awd with grey interior today. Posted details in the good dealer thread but here's the picture. Wife is so thrilled. Can't believe the amount of features included in the SX. And the glacier white looks great.
