• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Telluride Spottings - Post em

I was on my way to WalMart today and did a U-Turn to follow this Telly to a McDonald's parking lot. Talked to the lady driving and she was thrilled with the car. Her husband (not present) was USAF so we had something in common (I'm retired USAF). Theirs is a 2020 SX (non-NF and non-P) in black with Espresso leather. Even though it is a non-NF, they did put on blacked out lettering on front and rear as well as blacked out front air vents. The main grill, as you can see, is still standard non-NF as is the window trim. They also tinted the windshield and front windows to better match the rear windows (not a legal tint but she said they decided they'd risk a ticket because they like it so much). They also added the "Klexus" badges (I think they got those here). It was a nice looking AWD SX and makes me want to get mine even more! They are members here but forgot to ask the user name.

Someone has asked us about the black copper (MY 20 SX color) and the amber DRLs, arguing that I have an SX and Kia shortchanged me out of black rims. - that owner has a MY20 S.
That's funny. While I like the black wheels, I'm not into the maintenance of black wheels right now.

The ONLY thing that I am a little poopy on is not having the upgraded audio setup

I've got to say that I'm actually impressed with the way the stereo sounds. My local dealer let me drive a SX-P home overnight once and I wasn't so impressed by the HK system. It's probably all relative to what system you're coming from.

When I got mine, the bass and treble were set to 10 and the mids to like 3 or 4 and I haven't touched it because it sounds pretty darn good. I guess I moved the fader back a little, the rear speakers are so quiet. I'm surprised that it's been able to handle a lot of volume with the bass turned up that high. It's been impressive for a base stereo so far.

I actually prefer these S / EX-P wheels to the SX black ones on the dark car. I have no complaints about them. As far as the HK, I don't know what it sounds like, but since the wife doesn't let me tear out the standard speakers and replace, i generally go with the upgraded audio package in the vehicles. My truck has the standard upgraded Bose package and I added in a Kicker Vehicle Specific Solution (VSS) to keep it as OEM looking as possible. Our equinox also had the bose upgrade. I haven't been in this one long enough to truly let the speakers sing.

Love the illuminated sill plates. I have those on my build.

I love them also! Of course, it's mainly for aesthetics, but it's a nice addition!

I knew there was another Telluride in the neighborhood, but this is the first time we've been on the road together. The other owner (who I don't know) has had theirs for several months, and today was probably the first time they became aware of the new kid on the block. Looks like my dog realizes we're being tailed...

OMG,,,, could that pup be ANY cuter?? 😍🐶😇

Today’s flavor: a white EX, gray int, with 21s.

This guy bought it in Seattle, drive it back to GA. Then, something with business happened, he drove it back to Seattle and back again. He has 30k on his MY 20 already. He changed the rims instantly upon purchase.

Those wheel scrapes are why I’ll likely stick with the stock EX-P wheels. My current alloy wheels are scratched like crazy, but you really have to look to notice.

I talked to the owner about that. He curbed them right after purchase going through a car wash. 😬
I agree, I like the

There it is!!
The illuminate scuff plates definitely add a luxury vibe.
I wish they put the brushed chrome on the EX-P, but what a great looking vehicle

thanks! The scuff plates are definitely a nice addition!
I can agree about your brushed chrome comment.
