• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... The KIA Telluride in Wolf Gray

I've seen folks put these on their fenders lol
Would have to see it on there but it would be tacky to visualize.

I have my name first on a list for a WG telly Nightfall EX coming in the first/second week of December, BUT I am really digging the Gravity Grey Nightfall now...anyone seen the gravity grey in person and dig it?

Wife originally wanted SWP/GWP -> EB -> BC. She ultimately decided on GG and placed an order for one originally. We've gone around looked at all colors except WG as we couldn't find one stock anywhere. When we finally saw the WG in person, we both decided immediately that was the color for us. As with many of the Telly colors, pictures just does not show the true color. Color is personal preference. Pick the one that looks the best to you, not the one praised by others. Any available color looks great on Tellys and you can't go wrong whichever you choose.

Whoa there Telly Fanboy :) !! The Interior and driving dynamics of the RR are far superior to the Telly ................But not worth the price

Definitely not saying they compare by any means but with double the cost essentially it really better perform that much better! Especially in 4 years when the RR is out of warranty!

That's right. It's September 2020.

Deep inside Kia's West Point, Georgia factory, workers are feverishly preparing the paint shop for something new. Something monumental. It's officially the month in which Kia will manufacture the first Wolf Gray Tellurides. Those of us first in queue will be seeing our new babies in the next 60 days!

Remember, Wolf Gray is the most selective and restrictive 2021 paint color. It is assuredly not for everyone.

Designed as the 2021 model year hero color for the much-lauded Telluride, Wolf Gray is only available with black interior and the EX Nightfall or SX Nightfall packages. No LX, no S, no gray, butterscotch, or espresso brown interiors. If you buy an SX, you can upgrade to Prestige, but that's IT if you want to possess the power and renown of Wolf Gray.

First showing up in limited runs for the K5 and other premium Kia models, Wolf Gray is one of the last remaining automotive enigmas.

Definitely not white, but not quite silver, it pounces on the roads like a direwolf longing to conquer and devour open terrain. Paired with the Nightfall styling, the Wolf Gray Telluride looks to destroy and systematically dismantle any obstacle in its path.

Luxury will be ours. Luxury wrapped in a fierce and beautiful veneer.

The 2021 Telluride in Wolf Gray. Staring now.

I saw a Wolf Gray Telluride at a Maryland dealer last week. I prefer dark paint on all my cars, but the Wolf Gray was definitely uniquely aggressive. Looks like the Grey in military winter camouflage to me. I heard someone say it looks like gray paint primer, or the grey you see on garage or basement floors. That’s not a fair comparison because Wolf Grey is super sharp. It might share a mild tonal similarity, but the comparison ends there. To me, it looked more like battleship grey except reflective. It’s miles away from the dark Gravity Grey. You need to see it up close to appreciate it because the above picture and those on the internet are very different than the actual color up close. One thing is for sure - no one else will be driving around in a vehicle with anything close to Wolf Grey. Just my two cents.... West

I'm absolutely in love. 😍

I grabbed an allocation from Auto Mall Kia in Swansea. It was a smooth process!

Excellent news. Congratulations and best of luck with it.

I was in my Wolf Gray about a week ago in a part of town I don't normally go to except my Veterinarian is there. Anyway, we pull up to a brand new WG on the right. We roll the passenger window down and tell the lady nice ride thinking she would do the same! She is so ecstatic to tell us how amazing of a car it is and her husband can leave her, take the house and the animals as long as she can keep her new Telly. Then after about a minute of this she realizes wait we are in the same car and she is like OMG I didn't even notice! We all got a good laugh and went on our way!

hah- great WG story, goose!

It's a bummer that in order to get into the Wolf Gray SX you have to pony up for Nighfall & Prestige & AWD which adds a ton more to the sticker price. I wonder if in 2021 they eliminate that requirement and allow you to build a Wolf Gray SX without the additional options/features required.

Wolf Gray does require Nightfall (which in turn requires AWD), but Prestige is not a requirement.

Hmmm, when I messing around with the build tool on Kia's website when you select Wolf Gray it automatically add's Nightfall, AWD and Prestige. I just checked and when I unchecked Prestige it kicks you off the build and into the EX option build for the EX which seems to indicate that Prestige is a requirement for Wolf Gray.

The Kia online build tool is hopeless. This has been covered extensively, especially in this thread.

As of right now, about 1 out of 5 SX Tellurides manufactured in wolf gray does not have the prestige package.

Got it! Thanks for the clarification. I was going to check Failcat to look at some stickers to confirm the builds. Appreciate your help.

I was told that wolf gray was for ex Premium and above when I inquired about ordering one. SX was way more than I wanted to spend. I’m only wanting to put 5-8k down + trade and I don’t really want an $800 payment 😂. Ex premium it was! The added features of the SX/SXP like nappa leather and memory seats/second row heated seats don’t make much of a difference to me as my kids sit in car seats and I usually have to put covers on them to keep the cheeto dust out if the perforated holes 😂. I honestly don’t even want nightfall as I can acheive the same look with vinyl wrap in about two days of manhour for 1/10th the cost, and maintain the better looking black rims. Whole ordering restriction thing is dumb. Paying premium dollar for a “premium car” should have the ability to add whatever features you want on it. But heyyy I don’t make the rules.
