I hope it vibrates any change out of their pockets. LolI know, I know...call me naive - even if I remotely get her thinking about it since she has an engineering background?
The service manager and General Manager are out driving my vehicle now.My old man always said, what's life without hope...
I didn't w.ant the exposure.
Yesterday turned out to be a waste of time on my part. The General Manager of Ancira Kia drove my vehicle for about 20 miles and the Service Manager accompanied him. I did not tag along because of exposure.I know, I know...call me naive - even if I remotely get her thinking about it since she has an engineering background?

He came back and said he could not feel any vibration. I called BS on him because it had done it on the way to the dealer. I looked at the Service Manager and told him, "you know it vibrates because you and the Kia Tech drove it and documented it. He said it must have fixed itself." HA! well, it sure as hell vibrated on the way home. Buuuut, within 5 minutes of leaving the dealer's I received a call from their used car manager offering to buy my 2021 Nightfall Edition for $42,500. I laughed at him. He said he would talk to the General Manager to see if he could offer more. He called back about 30 minutes later and offered $44,200. I paid $47,655 and I have put 3M tinted windows and Weather Tech mats in it. My trade-in and down payment was $9,370.
I think that would be a hefty loss on my part.
I do know this, if I decide to get rid of the vehicle, I will do my research on vehicles on the Lemon Law site and will NEVER purchase another Kia or Hyundai.
These people have worked harder to get out of taking care of all these complaints than what it would have been having they just fixed the problems.
Thoroughly disgust!!!
