• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... While waiting for crash test results,

“Extensive high-strength steel a “Kia trademark” of sorts which allowed the OEM to secure many IIHS Top Safety Pick and Top Safety Pick+ honors.“

“The Telluride offered 10 percent more torsional stiffness than the Kia Sorrento”

The 1999 Sorrento did very well on the IIHS test with a rating of Top Safety Pick+. Headlights were rated poor. I suspect it’ll be the same for the non-LED KTs and LATCH was average, every thing else was green.

One thing that steered us towards a Kia Telluride was how well Kia performs when it comes to safety.

Not only are Kias reliable, they're extremely safe and are good value.

My prediction is that is will have identical results to the Sorrento. Kia knows how to pass these tests with flying colors and I’d be surprised if they releases a new SUV with worse safety capabilities than the Sorrento.
