I just tried. Went to the bottom.Hey Albert,
Can you see if you can add the poll to your original posting? If not, can you add link to my vibration poll? It does not seem to be getting any traction, and it would be helpful to understand how widespread this issue is...
Just as an update, service changed the rear drive shaft and then the 4WD coupler and it improved things but did not remove the vibration. I then started the arbitration process. While waiting on arbitration, service wanted to replace the rear drive shaft and the 4WD coupler again. So we did that and after I ran a 55 mile highway test found that there was still vibration. Perhaps mine needed the rear differential as Albert said fixed his - but with arbitration, I am scheduled to have Kia repurchase the vehicle. Kia Tech Line, although slow to believe we all had a problem, has ended up working hard on a fix. My service department at Cronin Kia in Harrison, Ohio has fully worked on the problem. I truly hope that the issue is soon fully resolved since the Telluride is such a great concept.
My arbitration process is completed. As part of the process there is a non-disclosure agreement. What I can tell you is that the BBB Auto Line process does work. They were very professional and Kia customer service people involved in the process were very professional as well. The process seems to follow what is spelled out in the Lemon Laws in your state, so get to know well what those are. I am now driving a vehicle from a different manufacturer. It would have been better if the vibration could have been totally fixed, but the arbitration process on the part of all parties went well.
The time limits are defined either in the arbitration guidelines in your book or in you state lemon laws. In my case, Kia customer service followed those carefully and the BBB Auto Line observed the process to make sure everything went according to guidelines. I was impressed. Again, study your state lemon laws and study the page in your warranty and customer service manual to get a good idea of what to expect.
I hate that they were not able to resolve your issue. You were fighting this fight with me from the beginning. I was hoping they would have been able fix the issue with your vehicle. Good luck with your new vehicle I hope it gives you years of trouble free service.Lexus 350L with most of same features. Certainly not the same bargain...

YOU, need to let people here know which friggin shady in NJ!My LX TelluVibe continues to haunt others!
So I recently got a call out of the blue from some guy who said he ended up with my bum LX. Found my name and number on a piece of paperwork I accidentally left in the glove box.
Long story short, my dealer leased this guy my bum AWD LX, stating to him it was brand new, even though it had 1,000+ miles on it. When he later found my paperwork, he confronted them. They said I decided on an S model after having the LX a few days. He pressed further and learned about them having to replace the transfer case, etc.
I told the man about my whole B.S. experience. Boy, was he mad. Guy now has a lawyer.
Friggin shady dealer! In NJ, you cannot sell a vehicle as new once it's been registered (which my LX was). Add to that the major work that was done on it... Geeze.
I am happy to say my FWD S has just clicked off 3500 trouble-free miles. We are loving it so far.
Why not mention the name of this totally suspect dealership so others can avoid them. Their actions should have consequences. Please don’t do business with such shady dealerships. I would be typing in ALL CAPS to let everyone know the name of such criminals. My LX TelluVibe continues to haunt others!
