• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hello Telluride owners,
I recently purchased a 2020 SX, 65K miles, out of warranty. I noticed the rear suspension is poor, when rolling over bumps it’s loud, sounds like it’s bottoming out, and uncomfortable.

I am unable to locate any aftermarket self leveling shocks. I don’t want to replace them with the same ones that are on there.

Has anyone faced this same situation and replaced with something different?

I’m open to changing the springs and shocks.

Some discussion about these here. They make 3rd party shocks now that will work to replace the ones your have if they springs are correct. I am not sure if the springs for the towing package are different from the standard ones. This is a place to start.

Dealer replaced both self leveling rear shocks. Drives much better now.

However, still feels like something is off, like something is off balance. My thought is the spring or springs are damaged from riding on 2 bad shocks.

Next step will be to replace with the stronger non leveling version of springs.

Has anyone done this?
