2020 update 1 Available

Did the Update for my SX (Canada).
Took about an hour via USB.

issue: SXM Logos are half gone (half the channels just have the generic SXM logo) - Some channels have the right logo - and Most Annoyingly, Some channels have the WRONG logo.
(The Blend channel shows ALT Nation - The Beatles channel shows SXM 111 Logo).

Anyone else having this issue? Any tips?

You might want to try refreshing the radio. SiriusXM

I did the same earlier... maybe they are getting ready to upload the update to the Telluride page.. hoping anyway!!

"I do certainly apologize for any inconvenience. While MNSoft provides updates for onboard navigational systems within Kia vehicles, ultimately it is Kia that determines which vehicles are eligible for a free download. For further inquiries regarding this, please contact Kia Motors of America.

We do have a USB option that is available for your vehicle on our website.
Please let us know if you have further questions regarding navigational updates and we would be happy to assist."

Doesent seem like we get the update. I might just pay the $30 for the update ($25+$5 shipping)... I want that split screen apple carplay for my nav and the radio beside it

Just an update on my SXM channel logo issues.
- Called Mapnsoft - told to contact Sirius and then do the update again, format the USB and start over
- SXM did refresh again, no good.
- Did the update again, no good.
- Will now be opening a ticket with Mapnsoft to see if they can do some testing and see if its an update issue or my car's issue

Time to put the pressure on Kia to make downloads available for all Telluride models.

Unfortunately we recently discovered a potential error on our master copy for the US vehicle, and the update has been pulled until it can be corrected. I do apologize, and we thank you for your patience while we resolve this problem.

Unfortunately we do not have a set ETA yet, although if you have a registered account online, we will be sending notifications to customers when the updates have officially released on the website."

I guess good thing we didn't update it yet. Hopefully isn't a major bug for those who did.

So if you buy a USB (that supposedly has errors), and then find out they are not allowing you to download an update for the USB, you are just out $25??!! Good grief.....

I ordered my update Friday morning, it shipped same day and I should have it this Wednesday... Cant imagine their still shipping buggy update sticks.

I contacted Mapnsoft today at their customer service number and was told they pulled the order option due to another update being processed which I am not sure is correct or not but what Mapnsoft told me. The rep acted like they were doing another map update for the Telluride above the 14.0 one that was available to order on April 27th and said around June 15th the newer update should be available for purchase or download at the Mapnsoft Kia website. Not sure if anything else is being updated or something debugged but that is what Mapnsoft customer service told me today and that the download and purchase update USB should be available for 2020 Telluride around June 15th on site.

I've seen posts elsewhere saying 14.5 is coming out soon...who knows, there is so many different stories out and about..I'm just waitin and seein when something is finally done. I waited 6 months for my Telluride, so waiting on a downloadable update is nothing...lol

Yes i totally agree with you. I only waited a little over 5 months but waiting until June 15th or end of June if delayed will seem like nothing if download comes out then lol. Mapnsoft rep did say it was a new update over the 14.0 but she didn't say 14.5 but that is probably what it is and why the option to purchase has been disabled for now until the new update comes out as she did state the updates were so close together because of the COVID-19 pandemic apparently slowing down the releases of both updates.

Makes some sense, but the stinger update is still available. I have heard they took down the Telluride update because there were errors with it causing people problems...like I said..who knows, but eventually they will get their stuff together and it will be all good
