2022 Kia Telluride Rear Entertainment System (RES)

Can someone guide me on how to use the RES (i.e.: how to add apps, watch movies/youtube, TikTok)? Does the monitors have exterior sound or just with the use of headsets? Do you need WiFi to use the monitors for programs? If so, does the 2022 Kia Telluride SX Prestige Nightfall package come with WiFi?

I was able to watch TV using my fire stick and using the hotspot on my I phone. Does your passenger seat unit rattle at any and all speeds? I’ve had 2 different dealerships look at it and they say there’s nothing they can do. One is talking to District Mgr on Monday so I might get a replacement.

I just purchase 2022 Telluride and don't hear any sound coming from the RES. Do you need headphones or external speakers? Volume is up and unmuted. Can't seem to find the answer in the Kia bible...I obviously must not be looking in the correct spot. Thx.
