• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Bought my 2022 Telluride in November of 2021 and was so excited to drive it. It’s comfortable, roomy and rides nice. Unfortunately this come to halt as it is currently sitting at the service center due to issues with the instrument cluster panel. The part is on order with no timeline as to how it will take to arrive, then once it does it will need to be calibrated. Meanwhile I’m without a vehicle as the service center does not have one available at this time and I am on a waiting list. I find this unacceptable.

What is the instrument cluster doing?

First it was partially then full snow to going totally blank. The light to signify which gear I was in stopped working and I started getting random verbal commands stating I should turn around as I was about to enter the wrong way while driving on the highway, the navigation app was not being used at the time.

Wow never read a problem like this on this/any vehicle that i can remember. The place should offer a loaner if not you should escalate the issue.

It is obvious that these service departments are overwhelmed with "service". Probably has to do -- in a large part -- with the technologically advanced vehicles on the market today. Seems like, more often than not, problems do not get fixed after a visit to the KIA service centers. KIA needs to look to Toyota -- which has invested time and resources for a much better setup.

One has to wonder if this trend is permanent or will be addressed in the not-too-distant future?
