All or most of the ones that Failcat is tagging as “tow” right now only have “self leveling rear suspension” as a $495 line item (not the $795 tow package that has self leveling and the hitch/harness).

Leads me to believe that they still don’t have any hitch/harnesses available but they want to get regular non-X cars out there with self leveling for people who want them. Can always add the hitch easily later. Self leveling, not so much.

we use this for the seat bottom

and this to protect the seat back from their shoes

I have an SX-P on order, which looks good for me. But I wonder if they are producing more SX-Ps than planned for now until they clear some of the backlog of MY22 orders? A lot of people may have just stuck with there SX-P orders for now, but new people shopping for a MY23 may prefer one of the X-lines.

I have a 23 SXP X- line on order which was initially a 22 SXPNT since 2/1/22. I was just advised today, 11/10/22 that Kia has "migrated" my order and it's finally being made! Anyone know the timeframe from their taking up the order to final build/ delivery?

We haven't received our Telluride yet but we were thinking something along the lines of a full-seat cover to protect the seat fully. You may have to put a slash on either side of the cover for the LATCH anchors and you can get a pair for under $100 on Amazon, there are many styles you can search for but for some reason, I am unable to attach a link.

Just curious, failcat shows a high number of EX's coming out and not many of the other models. There are hardly any Xline SXP with White color being made. I guess then my wait is gonna be much longer

I’m looking for the same thing with Terracotta interior AND at MSRP. Feels like I’ll need to go ahead and comfortable.

I'm so excited!! I finally picked up my SXP XPRO Telluride in Dark Moss/Terra Cotta last night and let me tell you WOW WOW WOW!! Also on the way home since it was a hour drive the lumbar massage came on and Omg I was in heaven! I don't know if this happens on the passenger side as well but I am so glad this feature is on the drivers seat. I can see this coming in handy on a long drive.
While I am still trying to navigate and learn all the new and fun things I was curious as far as the rear captain chairs. IS the ventilation/heated seats supposed to just be in the bottom or the seatback as well? TIA

I didn't realize the driver seat came with massage feature, is this the same as the Ergo motion in the Calligraphy Palisade (on Kia website it is called driver smart posture control)?

It’s not the same as the ergo motion in the Palisade. It’s called “lumbar stabilization.” It just moves the lumbar around every 30-60 mins. It’s not available on demand.

Has anyone else had a handful of random accessories added to their order? I know this was an issue early in MY2022 but my salesman assured me it wasn’t going to happen this year.

Anyways, long story short, it happened to us. I was obsessively checking failcat and saw my window sticker pop up and it had rear entertainment. I am tall and have 2 kids in rear facing car seats, so not only did I not want to pay for it, I flat out don’t want it in my car period. I contacted my salesperson and he said that since I caught it instantly he was able to contact his Kia rep and have it removed. I’ll know if that actually happened when I take delivery in a couple weeks, but was curious to know if this happening to others too?

I remember watching a video of someone installing one themself. If you're decent with some tools, didn't seem difficult at all.

venitlated/heated seat feature should be both in seat bottom and seat back -- at least that's how it was on 2020 & 2021 SXP we've had.

Thanks for the information! My son said it felt like the air was only coming from the bottom not the seatbacks but maybe he needed to turn it up higher.

What are folks paying on a 2023 model in terms of documentation fee, other dealer fees, etc. (but not including whatever they may buy extra the finance guy)? I'm trying to determine what my total cost will be in MA for my SX-P X-Line that I am getting at MSRP.
