Due to some oversight on a VIN change, data had not been getting scraped in a timely fashion at all.

The offender in charge of coding has been rightfully and severely reprimanded. Official HR write-up and all.

Seeing this offender has also written the logic to determine the spider web of options this year, please politely leave a comment with a sample VIN or two and what this yahoo messed up.

That said, I was recently allotted a 23 EX which I am not seeing on the tool, any idea why?

On the initial page load you get a pop up that indicates why. It's a bit behind but should be caught up in a day or two. Currently the VIN is at 327950 so there appears to be quite a bit to catch up on. Hang tight, it'll show up.

There haven’t been any made. (Production may begin in November). They’re late availability. Maybe once there are some, they’ll show up.

@bruesjoh04 Oh interesting. Our order supposedly got picked up and our dealer has an ETA of later this month. I mistakenly thought I had already seen it pop up on Failcat, but when I looked again, I noticed it was Prestige, but that’s not what we ordered.

Known issue. The sticker site is not under my control and has been reported. They are looking for a new home for it. Please understand.
