My wife"s 2024 awd is stuck in tow mode and I found it today because the selector for eco, sport,etc, doesn't work. according to thw manual, if in tow mode, selector doesn't work. No tow mode message in cluster. Anybody have this situation?

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. button on dash left of steering wheel. You can also check the settings on your screen
that was the problem the button was not responding.......Update; unplug the connector to the to the buttom unit for a minute, plug it, and start working! call it "resetting the computer"..... thanks for your input.

I learned 3 new things. I haven't towed with it, so I started looking up what to do when you tow. Resetting the computer works everywhere, LOL. In my Chevy Colorado there were two dial switches on that side, and I would inadvertently knee them getting out and find the truck with the lights on and in 4WD.
