Thankfully there were no last-minute surprise dealer add-ons. No nitrogen-filled tires scam. No fake additional "doc fees" or "e-filing" nonsense. No BS pin-striping. No mysterious interior/exterior treatments/coatings no one's ever heard of. If they would have pulled some "security" "package" with etching the
VIN on the windows and charging $400 for it, we would have walked. I hate surprises and there were zero at Hilltop. Carlos and Lewis treated us like valued customers, and because of their professionalism from start to finish, I've already recommended Hilltop, and the guys who helped me, to numerous friends, family, and even random strangers who ask me about my Telly at gas stations and parking lots, which happens at least a handful of times each week. I'll probably go back myself when I'm ready to get a
Stinger, a
Forte, a Raptor, or another Telly!
Luckily, everything at Hilltop went perfectly. I received updates and clarification whenever I asked.
Most importantly, the exact Telly I wanted was spec'd out, we put down the deposit to get in line, waited, and soon enough the order was picked up by KFOS and the beautiful AWD Dark Moss Dune Brown SX P/T was built, tested and delivered.
The team at Hilltop Kia are true professionals: upfront, honest, and transparent regarding what you're going to pay, what you're going to get.
MSRP + tax, title, license. That was it. More than reasonable and fair for what's turned out to be the Mid-Sized 3-Row SUV of the Year, again. I was never so happy to pay MSRP in my life. It's a win-win for us and the excellent sales team at Hilltop.
