3rd row lighting

Hi,

Have a 2021 model S. Have not ever had lights in the 3rd row. The attached photo is what I would assume to be lights but the appear to be pointing toward the second row. Are these 3 things supposed to be lights and does anyone have them working. I cannot get them to light up. Photo of them going would be helpful and if there is a button I am missing to turn them on. Thank you.

That should be the Rear Occupant Alert w/ Ultrasonic Sensors.
