• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... EDIT: Forgot a few details:
  • Installed clear bra on the front since our province has tons of rocks and rock chips are inevitable.

Have any photos of the clear bra installed? Curious on how its set with the lettering on the hood

The key fob can't remotely start the car? Is that only in Canada or also same for US models?
I'm geting remote engine start in the middle east on the keyfob. I think it's region based

Thank you for providing this review, can you provide which dealership you purchased from. Also when you say winter package what did this include? And were free oil services standard or something you negotiated.
Thanks

Kia Red Deer in Alberta. Winter Package (block heater, mud/splash guards installed, wheel locks, and winter mats) was preinstalled without us asking so I pushed back saying I don't want it and then gave me credit in the amount they are charging for it ($1,800). Free oil service I believe is from the dealer group - we didn't ask for it but it was part of their offering.

I don't have a close up photo and will probably forget to take it :) Two options were to lift the letters and then put them back on top or have a cut out that goes around letters. I was afraid to let them remove original lettering adhesive so we went with clear bra that goes around the letters. It looks nice and after six months of Alberta weather (dry, rain, snow, ice rain, snow, dust and sand) it's still looking good and is not pealing.
