Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Happened to me when I had windows down and locked the car. Was a bit windy and I think the wind set it off.

This needs to be the number one car feature every salesman at the dealer should go over with buyers at pickup because almost everybody has this same complaint. Disable your rear occupancy alert if you don’t have kids, park with your windows open, or generally keep stuff in piled on your 2nd row seats.
