If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Any dealerships in NC taking an order @MSRP

I ordered in Oct and picked up in July, they didnt try to surprise me with any crazy add ons at pickup. Their dealer fee had increased since order but overall a decent experience. I came from Clt as well, I took the Amtrak to Cary then a quick Uber to the dealership, sure beat driving 2 cars back and coordinating all of that..
Hendrick Cary what was the dealer doc fee do you recall, $650?

699... I think it went up from my order to deliver but being the only MSRP dealership within several hours I was more okay with it

Glad to hear they didn't try to add on anything. I ordered through them back in Nov and finally received an ETA of 08/29 but was curious if they are trying to push extra on top of MSRP.

I was worried too esp since they are making the add on package required. They had a $800 oil change preselected but I just had to say I didnt want it. Then they went through the standard warranty stuff but overall easy and good experience. very low pressure compared to some of my other dealership experiences

which add on package are you referring to? the one that is now required for those that have placed orders from 3/1/22 and onward? just curious since i ordered on 12/31/21 and was told i'd be grandfathered into not having to pay for the aforementioned package.

We started shopping for a new 2023 Telluride a couple of weeks ago. Stopped by Hendrick Kia in Cary, NC to take one for a test drive to see if we liked the vehicle. We loved it but still wanted to test dive some other vehicles so held off on pulling the trigger on the purchase. Once we test drove some other vehicles we decided to try and purchase the Telluride but ran in to some major up-charges on the vehicle that were not on the MSRP listing. The dealership adds items to the cost of the vehicle without the buyers consent. Hendrick Kia was adding the following...Door Edge Guards $300, Nitrogen $200, Tinted Glass $500, All Weather Mats $400, Ceramic Coating $2,500 and OCP Synthetic Oil $450. All of the items priced us out of the vehicle! Why is Hendrick Kia forcing these on buyers?

What trim level are you looking at? I am not sure but they add those charges for x-line and up levels...
I was able to take off the ceramic coating and synthetic oil charges when I placed an order instead of buying from their inventory.

Anyone have any luck with Coastal Kia in Wilmington?

We purchased yesterday 11/30 from bob king kia in Winston - sx prestige x under msrp (maybe last day of month helped) and no silly add ons. Charles Westbrook was our salesman, super easy to deal with. I highly recommend. Unlike Randy Marion kia who charges a $4000 addendum for welding your catalytic converter on plus some other stuff and refuses to give you better pricing unless you come in.
