Any NIGHTFALL OWNER not experience flaking, bubbling of window trim?

We’ve heard the horror stories of the window trim flaking and bubbling from the nightfall owners. Are there any nightfall owners who have not experienced this? Have you taken special preventative action? If so, what have you done? Has your window trim held up through routine car washes? What model year is your vehicle? I’d like to keep my trim like new for as long as I can and would appreciate suggestions. Thanks.

I have a 2022 (delivered in early May), and it's fine so far. There are probably 10's of thousands of nightfall cars out there without issue. There is a failure bias to message boards.

I wash my car at home, or at worst a touchless with a wand. I'd never take a car through a car wash that batters with brushes and rotating spaghetti.

‘21 Nightfall, purchased Jan 2021. My wife takes it through the car wash all the time. No problems.

MY21 SXP Nightfall from February 2021, window trim is good so far. Garaged, hand wash, and no car wash. No preventatives done.

2021. No issues so far. Use automatic car washes quite a bit. I do wax the trim when I do the rest of the car, twice a year.

my 2020 has visible wear on the trim where I shut the driver and rear passenger door. Recently noticed some odd fouling which scrapped off with the color. Thinking of vinyl wrap in the future.

2022 sxp nightfall purchased in late dec. Trim is good as new.

22 NF, had it since last August....over 13 months. Zero issues. Mostly hand washed, but I've been through a few car washes in the winter.

22 SXP NF, no issues so far. Hand wash only, Gyeon products only.

2022 SXP Nightfall GWP - driving since July'21. No issues that I have seen so far. Mostly hand washing, a few automatic brush beating washes - but no signs of any wear at this point....
