• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Anyone else experiencing a popping noise.

Glad I found this forum....my 2022 SX was doing the same thing. I have 9,000 miles on mine. They are replacing the strut mounts now. We'll see...

I am experiencing this on my 2020 SX-P with self-leveling shocks. 24K miles on it. I guess I need to take it to the dealer and tell them what's going on. It makes "pop" sounds in the rear when going at low speeds and having basic to no load in the Telluride.

Known issue with a tsb - bring it in to get it fixed.

Hey everyone. Im experiencing a popping or thud sound from the drivers rear suspension. It can only be heard at low speeds or when bouncing up and down on it when its parked. Ive check the wheel and lug nuts and Ive laid under it while I had someone bounce it up and down....I havent tried laying under it at low speeds yet ;) I has the self leveling rear suspension/tow package. My only guess at this point is the bushing in the shock has too much friction and make a noise once enough pressure has been applied. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this....its quite annoying.
Yes mines does the same thing

Did this get resolved? My 22 is doing same now in right rear.

To date, the dealer has replaced my rear shocks & insulators (right & left) four (4) times in the past 12 months. The noise goes away and is back within a few months. From what I’ve even told, Kia released a new version of the insulator but not the shocks. This is INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING. I’m not confident that this last replacement will hold up.

Just got ours fixed for this same issue at 49K miles. They had to do the TSB first per Kia, but after the TSB was addressed which is a shock absorber/mount piece they still noticed an issue after installing the TSB fix which we knew would still have an issue. Turns out, leaking shock absorbers was the culprit so they replaced both rear shock absorbers - part number used was 55367-S9000. The TSB is CHA113.
