At least 20 Tellurides on a lot

So I’m driving by a Kia dealership and I see at least 20 Tellurides on the lot. I stopped in and was told they were all pre-owned(maybe one new one). The sales person said they buy them from other dealerships. This is Beck & Masten Kia in Tomball, Tx. They seem to be all 2022’s.

I knew it had to be crazy. I've never seen that many on a lot.

Even more insulting is the fact that they refer to the glorious Black Copper as "Brown." (Sangria is "Purple.") Charge me $64k if you must, but don't call it brown!

I looked at their website -- they're currently claiming 39 Tellurides in inventory. The markups are $9k for the SX's and smaller amounts for the lower trims. They're not shy about it: each inventory card shows the MSRP, and then the inflated "King Price" in bold. I guess they don't mind having their dealership name being synonymous with huge $$ markups in the minds of consumers. "Come to King Kia and pay the price!"

I have wondered the same! At one point they had 60+ in inventory. They would be super convenient for me since I live in MD but I refuse to pay their markup. I placed an order in March with a different dealer.
